Application Form (Foundation Places)

Parents of students applying for one of the 35 Foundation places in Year 7, must complete the Supplementary Application Form, a link to which can be found below. Printed copies of this form can be collected from Hartford Church of England High School reception.

This form must be completed and counter-signed by a Church leader, then returned to Hartford Church of England High School by 31st October of the year a child is in Year 6.
