Application Forms

To apply for a place at Hartford Church of England High School, ALL parents must complete the application form for the local authority in which they live. 

Out of 240 places in Year 7, 35 are allocated as Foundation places. Parents applying for one of these places for their children should complete the local authority application form AND the supplementary form.
