Speak to a trusted adult about your worries and concerns.
Staff in school will always listen and can help you get more support. Speak to your favourite teacher, Form Tutor, Head of Year, Safeguarding Leads Mr. Cuthill or Mrs. Turner or School Counsellor Miss Godfrey.
If unable to contact school, you can discuss immediate safeguarding concerns with i-ART 0300 123 7047 out of hours 01244 977277 or call the Police on 101 for non-emergencies or 999 in an emergency.
Use www.childline.org.uk or ring Childline 0800 1111 to speak to a professional or access a range of helpful resources.
Contact the NSPCC Helpline by calling 0808 800 5000, emailing help@NSPCC.org.uk or complete an online reporting form
www.nspcc.org.uk to report concerns about adult behaviour or abuse.

Online Safety
Only use platforms and apps that are age appropriate. Always keep your personal details private and never share your names, address or school online. Report any concerns you have online using report buttons or in person to a trusted adult.

CEOP Education is the National Crime Agency's CEOP Education team who aim to help protect children and young people from online child sexual abuse. Online concerns can be reported to CEOP.
Health
Try to eat properly and drink water during the day as this will help how you feel.
Think about what you do and see on your mobile phone and if it is helping your mental health or not. Have regular breaks from screens and do not sleep with your phone next to you – try to leave it in another room.

www.beateatingdisorders.org.uk BEAT offer support and advice to anyone worried about an eating disorder.
